These Terms govern access and use of the AgentHub platform operated by SynapCores.

1. Service Description

AgentHub is a cloud platform that allows organizations to:

connect software systems
deploy AI agents
automate workflows
analyze operational data

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.

Organizations are responsible for managing access to their tenant environment.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

maintaining login credentials
restricting account access
ensuring authorized platform usage

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

misuse integrations
access unauthorized data
interfere with system operation
attempt to reverse engineer platform services
use the platform for illegal activities

5. AI Generated Output

AgentHub includes AI-generated content and automation.

Users acknowledge:

AI responses may contain errors
outputs should be reviewed before operational use
SynapCores is not responsible for decisions based solely on AI output

6. Third-Party Services

AgentHub integrates with external services including:

Google Workspace
Slack
Microsoft Teams
CRM platforms
payment processors

These services operate under their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, and documentation remain the intellectual property of SynapCores.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.

9. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if users:

violate these terms
misuse platform resources
create security risks

Users may terminate their account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SynapCores shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SynapCores operates.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
